Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags. Final sale items cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email support@rocini.com with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
